The function of the Process Improvement department is to strengthen ways of work for all areas and functions of our council. Working closely with a Performance Excellence Board Committee, Process Improvement strives to see our council become a council of excellence. Improvement efforts focus on improving practices and procedures affecting girls, families, or volunteers as well as staff. Through surveys and other means, Process Improvement is also a place to voice ideas about ways the council can better meet the needs of girls, families, or volunteers.
