Regular business hours for all offices/shops are 8 AM - 5 PM Monday - Friday. All offices are closed Saturday-Sunday and in observance of the following holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King's Birthday, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (2 days), Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
Summer business hours (Memorial Day to Labor Day) for all offices/shops are 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Thursday, and 7:30 AM - 2:00 PM Friday.
Shop hours (September - May) for Dubuque, Rock Island, Waterloo and West Burlington: Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM and the first Saturday of the month from 9 AM - 1 PM (unless holiday weekend). Cedar Rapids: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM and the first and third Saturday of the month from 9 AM - 1 PM (unless holiday weekend).
