Nichols Leadership Award April 23, 2008 in Cedar Rapids at the United Way of East Central Iowa’s 2008 Volunteer Recognition Luncheon. Diane was chosen for this award because she leads by example while helping girls grow to become young women of courage, confidence and character, who make the world a better place.
