2008 Spring Registration
It’s that time of year again! Spring registration is here and with it comes the opportunity for girls to receive the new council patch and each troop to receive a $5.00 coupon good towards anything in the council shop! All troops will be invited to a really great program event near you. Don’t miss this opportunity to get your troop re-registered. What you do in Girl Scouting makes more of a difference than you may realize. We hope you had a great year and are ready for another one.
2008 Spring Registration Events
Who spring registers?
Everyone! Each troop is encouraged to participate. If a troop leader is not returning, the girls can still spring register and new leaders will be recruited for next year. If you have a new leader recruited, give her/him the spring registration packet. If girls or leaders are not returning, please return the pre-printed registration forms to your service unit/area registrar, if you have one, otherwise to your local service center or your regional membership manager.
How does it work?
Spring registration packets will be distributed at service area meetings when possible or will be mailed directly to you, the troop leader, or you will receive it from your service unit registrar.
Share the information with your girls and parents to encourage them to spring register. Gather completed registration forms with dues.
Return the spring registration packet to your service unit/area registrar or appropriate staff person by May 30.
Include your incentive order form in your spring registration packet to make sure all girls receive their incentives.
Incentives will be distributed in late summer or early fall.
Plan fun events with your girls over the summer. Girl Scouting continues through the summer too!
