Letter of Endorsement must be in addition to an award nomination form for Council Recognitions or Outstanding Leader.

Complete this Letter of Endorsement form and click the submit button at the
bottom of this page to Email this form to: Recognitions@GSEIWI.org. You can also fill it out, print it and send to the nominator for the award or mail to:
