2012 Important Dates

January/mid-February

Cookie Rallies, Cookie Colleges, Troop Product Manager Trainings take place.

Conduct girl and parent meetings to discuss troop Cookie Sale Program goals and safety procedures.

January 9

Troop Leaders may begin to enter initial cookie orders in Snap.

January 17

Initial cookie orders due in Snap by Troop Leaders by 11:00 pm CST.

January 18

Virtual Cookie Sale Program begins.

February 6-10

Delivery of product to the SU delivery stations (Service Unit Product Managers or Troop Leaders will hold product until February 10th, so all troops have the same start date).

February 11

Go date for the Direct Sale.

February 12, 19, 26

Troops place planned orders in Snap.

February 17

Troops may begin having Booth Sales.

February 28

First ACH sweep (50% of initial order less troop profit).

March 4, 11

Troops place planned orders in Snap.

March 18

Girls turn in the rest of the cookie money to Troop Product Manager.

End of recognition, Cookie Program Credit/special recognitions period.

End of booth sales.

March 21

Second ACH sweep.

Troop Cookie Share (Troop 2 Troop) orders due online: www.abcsnap.com by 11:00 p.m. CST.

Troop recognition orders due online: www.abcsnap.com by 11:00 p.m. CST.
-Order by the girl. Don't forget to enter t-shirt and hoodie sizes or other recognition choices.

April 17

Final ACH sweep.
